Role Description

1. Conduct health activations at universities, markets, workplaces, boda boda stages, malls, and other approved community venues.

2. Ensure every customer receives and confirms their WhatsApp welcome message before concluding the interaction.

3. Submit daily activation reports by 6:00 PM.

4. Adhere to the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 during all customer interactions.

5. Maintain confidentiality of customer health and personal information.

6. Wear assigned branded attire at all times during working hours.

7. Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards.

8. Properly manage assigned tablets and comply with device usage protocols and MDM policies.

9. Address customer inquiries professionally.

10. Escalate customer complaints and technical issues promptly.

11. Encourage participation in the "Refer 3, Get 1 Free" program for every activated customer.

Job Description

1. Minimum age of 18 years.

2. KCSE Certificate (Form Four completion).

3. Legal right to work in Kenya.

4. Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

5. Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

6. Active personal M-Pesa account.

7. Clean criminal record.

8. Comfortable approaching and engaging members of the public.

9. Experience in sales, customer service, field marketing, or community mobilization.

10. Strong networks within the assigned city or community.

11. Interest in health, wellness, and preventive healthcare.

12. Confidence in handling rejection and achieving daily targets.

13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
