Role Description

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications

2. Develop creative video concepts in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams

3. Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively during shoots

4. Edit raw footage into polished final videos using editing software

5. Produce short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook

6. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

7. Manage video archives and maintain organized media files

8. Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and industry best practices

9. Cover events, activations, and corporate functions as required

Job Description

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field

2. Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role

3. Strong understanding of filming techniques, lighting, framing, and storytelling

4. Experience with motion graphics is an added advantage

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

6. Strong attention to detail and creativity

7. Good communication and teamwork skills
